How do I contact Proud of My Dog customer service?
The only way to reach is us at this time is to send an email to: email@example.com As a rule, we try to reply to all questions within two business days. The reality is we’ll often get back to you within 24 hours! You are not able to reach us by phone at this time as we are a small company and our phones are often off while we are working with other clients and their dogs.

When is the refund timeframe and how do I request a refund?
Proud of My Dog has a 15-day money-back guarantee for all paid courses. Combined with the free preview of the course content, this should give you enough opportunity to get a feel for the material, Heather and her methods. If it turns out that the course doesn’t suit your needs or time frame, just get in touch with email@example.com **before those 15 days are up** and we will get your refund underway with no hard feelings. The 15 days start from the date of your order. Once those 15 days have passed, we lock accounts and no additional account changes will be made. No exceptions. Do I have lifetime access to the information?
Great question! The free mini courses are available to you for as long as Proud of My Dog maintains this site. Access to all of the paid courses is for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. All of the PDF documents are available for download to make sure you can refer to the material even after your access has expired. The information is only available for download exactly as it appears on the site. (More important legal stuff… Remember that any downloads from the course are still protected by copyrights and as such are protected by law. The information is for your personal use only.)
Can you guarantee this will work?
My students who have spent the time training their dogs by practicing the layers as outlined in the course have had success and have been pleased with the results. Results though cannot be guaranteed because everyone and every dog are different.
How do I change my email address or password?
Go to “My Account” and select “Password” Simply enter your new Password and repeat to confirm. You must also enter your current password. Click the “Update” button and your password will be changed. The change is in effect next time you log in.
I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
Currently the platform does not allow you to reset your own password. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reset your password for you.
Can I share my login or program content?
Goodness No! All Proud of My Dog paid courses are for one participant only and the information provided by Proud of My Dog is copyrighted and cannot be shared, reproduced or sold without Heather’s written permission.
